For $22 AU for two people per night, this campsite allows you access to a private, rocky beach after you pitch your tent literally at the base of a loud coast-road. For a bungalow you pay $45 AU. Either way, you can’t park you car close.
There’s an on-site small bar/restaurant that’s pretty average, although the pizza was yummy and handmade. The internet must be paid for and the bathroom facilities are a bit dodge. However, there’s a second beach-bar, literally hanging over a cliff with an amazing view of the coast and waves crashing into the cliffs below.
Genoa is tough to visit as it is, but with this campsite, you’re very far out of town. As mentioned above, the only thing really going for this place is the cliffside-bar and ability to swim on the rocky beach.
