Value for money: 4/5
For $25 AU for two people and a car and tent and right on a dreamy crystal-clear beach with nearby rocks to snorkel around, Porto Tramatzu Campsite is in the suburb of Teulada in Sardinia and is excellent value for money. I don’t think they could make it any cheaper.
There’s no internet, but a cool market, bar and restaurant. I’d say it’s quite secure too, as they lock the gates to cars entering during the day between 1pm and 4pm, but this is also annoying if you want to go somewhere else.
You’re on a paradise beach on the island of Sardinia. Good snorkeling around the nearby large rocks.
I always ask for ice on the weekends, to make bourbon and coke, and some campgrounds are cool with it and some simply don’t make ice. These guys make ice, but they weren’t happy handing it over. Other than that, fairly nice people.
