At $30 AU per couple, per night, with a tent and car, in Sicily, all I have to say is… Damn, dude! Damn! Although the joint is across the road from a beach where you can see the Aeolian Islands in the background, if you don’t want to have reoccurring nightmares for the rest of your life, I would think twice. Okay, we’re in the value for money category here, so… For the price I guess this place is okay. It’s just that… Hang on. We’ll get to that.
You have to pay to use the pool and there’s no internet and it looks like there’s a market, but it’s never open. Oh, and there’s no restaurant. Hope you brought your own food. There’s power and bathrooms though.
The ghetto. It’s Milazzo in Sicily. You feel like you’re in a third-world part of, well… the world. There’s nothing much around and the buildings and people seem a bit edgy.
Again, there’s something edgy about the staff. Maybe because they are edgy too. This is the first campground I have ever stayed in where they give you a wristband to permanently wear whilst you’re on the grounds.
